Remember we are there for you, our client. Having gained a great amount of experience and having been in the industry for several years I function as the conduit between yourselves and the contractor whether it be an architect, drainlayer, electrician or builder. Together we ensure the project continues, ironing out the tricky bits as quickly as possible. I am there to make this a pleasant and rewarding process for you, to remove the hassle and stress, ensuring a smooth process. This then reduces time and therefore costs.
If you are in the Draft Contract stages and through to your signing, I will have your back covered by ensuring that the details in the contract and scope of work are fair and that there is mitigation put in place on your behalf.
At Wonabuild I ensure that invoices are validated, and that the work by the contractor is as stated on the invoice, furthermore I would manage any variations raised, that they are ratified, understood, and agreed prior to any work being undertaken.

Design
At Wonabuild we recognize the designing of a home is about diverse as a family’s choice of car. We can target the skill sets that your project requires and work with you and the architect to achieve the stamped plans, ready for the construction phase.
Construction
Wonabuild has strong relationships with reputable builders. Our builders range from smaller entities to larger organisations, where scale for larger projects matters. All the builders that I would recommend I have either worked with or experienced their workmanship, they are either Master Builders or Certified Builders. This means you have a satisfactory level of comfort; in that they are accredited builders. Both organisations provide construction guarantees, most banks and lending institutions will require this.

We recently built a bespoke house in Mellon’s Bay. We asked our architect for recommendations to quote for and build the property. David Craggs was the contact given to us for the company we chose to go with. We worked with David from that initial sales call to the completion of the building. We always found David extremely attentive to our needs, whether this was negotiating the price , clarifying anything we didn’t understand in the contract, or advising on any issues we were uncertain of during the build. He always responded quickly to any query and was on site virtually daily ensuring everything ran smoothly.
